Many trainers have only the basic qualifications necessary to be able to call themselves a personal trainer. This means they will probably have only studied for 6-8 weeks, whereas Made2Fit trainers have studied for several years.


Why Does Experience Matter?

Simple, experience is vital when your health and body are at stake. With more than 15 years of experience each, our trainers know what gets the best results and will be able to provide you with extensive advice on your exercise regime and diet. They have dealt with numerous injury rehab cases over the years including knee, shoulder and back, many of which have been referred by physiotherapists, and top of their agenda will be injury prevention by focussing on correct exercise techniques. However, none of this matters unless you can get on with your trainer and feel relaxed in their company. For this reason we offer a free consultation for you to meet your potential trainer to ensure you are totally happy before making any commitment.


How are we Different?

Unfortunately Personal Trainers have a bad reputation for being unreliable and this is because many are. Our trainers, however, are professional and reliable at all times and they appreciate how important punctuality is, as many clients have such tight schedules to fit their training into. Many clients continue to have personal training for many years with us (our longest standing client has been with us for 12 years!), despite perhaps only signing up for 10 sessions initially. We like to think that this is because we offer an excellent service that provides the results that clients are looking for.
