Book a free 30 minute, no obligation consultation before commencing training, to discuss medical and exercise history and your goals and individual requirements. If Made2Fit is right for you, Em or Andy will advise you on how many training sessions you will need each week depending on your goals, motivation and budget. If you are training with a specific goal and time frame in mind, they can help you formulate a plan. Step 3
Em or Andy will arrive for your training sessions with all the equipment required; all you have to do is ensure you have a clear area to work - this can be anything from a home gym to a clear corner of your lounge, garage, or conservatory. A standard training session lasts for 1 hour. If required, you will be provided with home/gym training programs and food plans.
Step 4
